Walling
In terms of the development conditions for Parklands no precast walling or unplastered block walling is allowed if such walling is fronting onto the street and, in respect of side walling, if it is visible from the street.
Please refer to clause 2.2 of the development conditions for Parklands as quoted below:
“no precast walling or unplastered block walling shall be erected if such walling is fronting onto the street and, in respect of side walling, if it is visible from the street”
Please note that these conditions should be read in conjunction with the development guidelines for Village Residential and Cottage Residential properties as special conditions might apply.
